Civil Paper Service & Fees

 

SHERIFF’S CIVIL FEE SCHEDULE
(ORS 21.300)
GARNISHMENT (Delivery)………………………………………$25           
We need the original Writ plus 2 certified true copies, plus one extra for each additional defendant
 
FOR SERVICE OF NOTICE PROCESS:  i.e. a summons (+ attachments), a notice of restitution, a subpoena, a citation, an order, a small claim, directed to not more than two different parties at the same address for one court case………………………………………...$36
For documents from an Oregon Court, we need the original summons, notice, subpoena, etc. plus a copy for each defendant for serving
 
Example of Service Fee: (more than 2 people at one address = $20 per person)

FED - Eviction Enforcement (Writ of Execution of Judgment of Restitution) 
Please note that “Et Al” or “All other occupants” counts as a party in all actions. See example below:

3 parties same address      $60 + $70 = $130 total
4 parties same address      $80 + $70 = $150 total

Mileage (for travel in excess of 75 miles round trip from Courthouse to service location)

*Most enforcement will require additional standby, postage, posting and/or advertising fees
